This course will give you a unique approach to implementing successful brand ambassador programs in each business. On-demand learning with interactive, deep-dive sessions
Follow our online e-learning course and participate in online deep-dive sessions with one of our SRO specialists to become a certified SRO Coach. In these sessions, you will learn how to implement the program in the organization of one of your clients, or you will work with a fictive client case to start practicing. Then, with your SRO trainer, you go through all the program steps for one of your clients. 

This means you get coached while: 

  • Setting up an SRO strategy
  • Creating the onboarding plan
  • Preparing and giving kick-off sessions
  • Working on a recruitment plan to recruit brand ambassadors
  • Evaluating the pilot phase of the program
  • Drawing management reports
